Terms of Carriage & Trade

All shipments and trade orders placed through SZ-FASTLINK are subject to our standard conditions of carriage and INCOTERMS® 2020 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Quotations remain valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. 2. Pre-shipment inspection reports are provided for all industrial machinery orders. 3. Title of goods transfers upon receipt of full payment or against accepted documentary credit. 4. SZ-FASTLINK acts as shipper's agent for freight consolidation and is not liable for carrier delays beyond our reasonable control. 5. Disputes are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, Shenzhen jurisdiction.
