How to import from China: from order to delivery

Importing from China is a chain of handovers. Weakness in any one step — unclear packing lists, missing marks, or the wrong Incoterm — creates cost later. Warehouse handling is where cartons become a shipment: labeling, consolidation, and booking against the chosen air, sea or road method.
